Ril Dil BBQ originated in Kankakee, Illinois, a town near Chicago. Our mission is to bring the bold flavors of Chicago-style BBQ to people all over the USA. Our smoked meats, smothered in our rich Midwest-style sauce, will leave your taste buds craving more!
Ril Dil BBQ is named in honor of my late brother, Kelvin “Ril-Dil” Winfield. We introduced RDB to Arizona in 2019. It all started when I brought a pan of rib tips to my son's football team potluck, and the rest is history!
